This retreat is all-inclusive, so leave your worries behind, pack your bags and let myself, my chef/assistant and others serve you in gratitude for 4 days of introspection, adventure and bliss! Grab your bestie, or roll solo, and meet some new amazing women! Our home for this retreat will be the beautiful Triangle C Lodge facing the Sawtooth Mountains.

6 yoga classes (multiple styles + beginner friendly) (all yoga props provided except yoga mat)
Breathwork + Meditation
Nature Hike in the Sawtooth National Forest.
Accommodations at Triangle C Lodge in coveted Stanley, ID.
Meals prepared at our cabin by Chef Ruby (Ruby’s Kitchen Gems), made with organic ingredients w/adherence to dietary restrictions.
Wine-paired dinner at our Lodge.
Sunset Appetizer Cruise aboard Pontoon boat on pristine Redfish Lake.
1 Workshop on the Women’s Biorhythm + How to Support It w/Nicole.

Retreat Swag
Yoga on retreat is beginner friendly—must be able to hike 4+ miles round trip with appx. 500ft elevation gain.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the popularity of this destination in Idaho, the planning and ahead-of-time booking requirements for accommodations and all activities included, please read and take into consideration VickermanWellness, LLC cancellation policy.

*Deposits are non-refundable after 5/1/25, but are fully transferable until 6/15/25.

*Cancellations made before 7/1/25 will have a 35% cancellation fee after deposit + deposit.

*Cancellations inside of 30 days of the retreat will be NON-REFUNDABLE. If you can re-book your spot with a referral you will be refunded all but your deposit.
